Year of Birth: 1992

I like to study information science and technology because I think that's not only part of future, but also our thoughts about ourselves. We are not only learning how to code, how to build websites, how to write servers. More beyond that, we learn how people process Information. We learn why things are disigned like that, why people understand how to use a tool even they have not used it before. And, inforamtion technologies will sure continue to change people's life in the future.

Also, I like GIS because we all need to process some kind of spatial information today. We ask want to know where things are, where we're going. We need to know what a place will be like after several years. These are all involved in GIS. GIS is applied in everywhere in everyday life.

Music

I like to listen to music as well as play some music instruments myself. I can play the erhu, which is a Chinese musical instrument, similar to violin while only has two strings(A and G).

I started to learn to play the erhu from 9 years old. I love it very much and it really accompanied me through a lot of hard times.

Basketball

Though not good at it, basketball is still my favorite sports, through which I can make a lot of friends. Basketball is something made me learn a lot about team work, passion and personal ability.
